One-week trial¶
The 100 Mbps plan can be started as a one-week paid trial: pay $25 to start, then $75 within a week to keep it. Together they make up the normal $100 first month.
Which plan has a trial?¶
Only the 100 Mbps plan ($100/month). The other tiers don't have a trial.
How do I start the trial?¶
Order the 100 Mbps plan with promo code CLEARSTREAM-TRIAL, or use the button above,
which applies the code for you. Checkout shows $25 due today and $100/month
recurring.
Each customer can take the trial once.
How is the trial billed?¶
The trial is your first month, split into two payments:

What happens if I don't pay the $75?¶
- From day 8, the service is suspended, so S3 access stops. It's also set to cancel at the end of your first month.
- Pay the $75 late and the service is restored: the suspension is lifted and the cancellation is withdrawn, as long as your first month hasn't ended yet.
- If it's never paid, the service is terminated at the end of the first month and the $75 invoice is voided.
Can I change region or tier during the trial?¶
Not until the $75 is paid. While it's unpaid, Move / Relocate (changing datacenter or tier) isn't available in the client area. It becomes available once the $75 is paid. See Upgrading or changing plan.
What do I need to do after ordering?¶
The same as for any order: set your whitelist IP in the client area (recommended), or remove the whitelist there to allow any address. As your welcome email reminds you, S3 access only works once you've done one or the other. See Updating your whitelist IP, then the Quick start.
