How am I billed?

Plans are billed monthly. You're invoiced through the client area, where you can view and pay invoices and see your renewal date.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No long-term commitment — service renews monthly. You can stop renewing by cancelling.

What does the monthly price include?

Your dedicated CDN node, your reserved bandwidth tier, and S3-compatible access in your chosen region. There's no separate per-GB or per-request charge on top of the tier. See Tiers & pricing.

When does my service renew?

On the monthly renewal date shown for the service in your client area. Invoices are generated ahead of that date so you have time to pay.

What happens if an invoice goes unpaid?

Keep invoices current to avoid interruption. If you're having a billing problem, contact support@clearstreamer.com before the due date and we'll help.

How is a plan change billed?

Plan changes are prorated through your account. Ask support for a quote before you commit if you want the exact figure — see Upgrading or changing plan.

What currency and payment methods are used?

Prices are in US dollars; available payment methods are shown at checkout and in the client area.

Can I get a copy of past invoices?

Yes — they're available in the client area under your billing history.
