Cancellation¶
How do I cancel my service?¶
Request cancellation from the client area, or email support@clearstreamer.com. Because billing is monthly, cancelling stops future renewals.
When does cancellation take effect?¶
You can typically choose to cancel at the end of your current billing period (so you keep access you've paid for) or immediately. The client area cancellation form lets you pick; support can confirm timing.
Will I lose my data when I cancel?¶
Cancelling ends your service and your access to it. Download anything you want to keep before cancellation takes effect. Don't rely on retrieving data after the service has ended.
Is there an early-termination fee?¶
No long-term contract means no early-termination penalty — you simply stop renewing.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?¶
If you expect to return, ask support@clearstreamer.com about options before cancelling outright.
What happens to my keys and endpoint after cancellation?¶
They stop working once the service ends. If you re-subscribe later, you'll receive fresh credentials and endpoint details.
I cancelled by mistake — can I undo it?¶
Contact support@clearstreamer.com as soon as possible. The sooner you reach out, the more likely the service can be restored before it's torn down.
