Where do I manage my account?¶
In the client area at dashboard.the777seas.com. From there you manage services, invoices, and account details.
How do I order a new service?¶
Use the store or add a plan directly from the tiers table.
Where do I find my service details and credentials?¶
Your welcome email contains your keys and endpoint. You can also view your service in the client area, or have the welcome email resent — ask support@clearstreamer.com if you can't locate it.
How do I update my contact or payment details?¶
Sign in to the client area and update your profile and billing settings there.
I can't sign in — what should I do?¶
Use the password-reset option on the login page. If you're still locked out, email support@clearstreamer.com from your account email address.
Can I have multiple services under one account?¶
Yes. Order as many services as you need; each appears separately in the client area with its own endpoint and credentials.
Where do I go for technical help vs billing?¶
