What is ZenDRIVE S3 Access?

What is ZenDRIVE S3 Access in one sentence?

It is S3-compatible storage access delivered over your own dedicated CDN node — you connect with any standard S3 client and get a fast, private path to your data.

Who is it for?

Anyone who already speaks S3 and wants dedicated, predictable throughput for reading data instead of sharing a public endpoint. Common users include teams serving or streaming media libraries, pulling from data archives, and applications that read objects over the S3 API. (Access is read-only — see Browsing & downloading.)

Do I need to rewrite my application to use it?

No. ZenDRIVE S3 Access speaks the S3 protocol, so the tools and SDKs you already use — AWS CLI, rclone, Cyberduck, boto3, and most S3 libraries — work by pointing them at your endpoint. See client examples.

How is this different from a generic S3 bucket?

Your access runs through a dedicated CDN node reserved for your account, with a bandwidth tier you choose. That means your throughput isn't shared with strangers and your endpoint has a stable, dedicated address. See The CDN node concept.

What do I get when I sign up?

After ordering, you receive your S3 access keys and your node's HTTPS URL by email. Those three values — access key, secret key, and endpoint URL — are everything an S3 client needs to connect.

Where does my data live?

In the datacenter region you choose at order time. ZenDRIVE S3 Access offers locations in North America (Canada, US West, US East) and Europe (France, Germany, Poland, UK). Pick the one closest to you or your users. See IP & DNS.

Is there a free trial?

Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract, so the lowest tier is a low-risk way to evaluate the service. To discuss your use case first, email support@clearstreamer.com.
